Job summary

The John Gore Organization is seeking an Operations Manager to join our national operations team in New York. This role supports the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor with pricing, scheduling, and settlements, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers competitive compensation and benefits; prior experience with settlements and MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with pricing proposals and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Director on season pricing process overseeing pricing of multiple markets.
• Manage final schedule review process.
• Co-manage settlement database.
• Prepare settlement memos for select markets.
• Draft and send e-mails and track action items and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain spreadsheets.
• Edit and organize PDFs in Adobe Pro.
• Data entry.
• Check materials for accuracy.
• Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements.
