Job summary

Crew2 is seeking an Operations Manager to support all operations functions including order processing, estimating, purchasing, logistics, and customer service. You will lead a team, coordinate with sales and schedulers, and ensure materials, manpower, and procedures align for successful project execution.

Strong communication and P&L oversight are essential, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven history as a team leader and managing branch operations.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and ability to coordinate with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations ensuring materials and supplies are ordered.
• Coordinate with scheduling to keep install teams at capacity.
• Review jobs with Sales, Purchasing and Schedulers for correct materials and manpower.
• Certify items on schedule, determine billable work and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Maintain strong relationships with builders and design firms for smooth, productive jobs.
• P&L responsibility and cost control.
• Other duties as assigned.
