AbbVie is seeking a National Portfolio Manager to partner with the Oncology Nurse Educator field team. This strategic role develops and supports portfolio nursing strategy, aligning brand priorities with field execution across three hematology franchises.

The position requires leading through influence in a matrix environment, prioritizing resources, and driving analytics-driven decisions while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise partners. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry; oncology/hematology preferred.
• Experience leading field initiatives, strategy, or portfolio nursing education.
• Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution with data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Translate portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities, plans and milestones.
• Support creation of portfolio above-brand nursing education strategy and tactics.
• Lead through influence across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ensure ONE has effective tools, processes, systems, reporting, and training.
• Represent ONE in cross-functional planning and secure needed resources.
• Identify field needs and mobilize resources to address them.
• Use analytics and insights to inform priorities and recommendations.
• Own complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation.
• Develop clear communications and executive presentations for alignment.
