Job summary

AbbVie seeks a National Portfolio Manager within Oncology Nursing Education to drive portfolio education strategy across three hematology franchises. This role collaborates with ONE, Brand, Sales, Field Operations, Analytics, and Medical to translate strategy into field execution.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, compliance, and leveraging analytics to maximize field performance while guiding cross-functional initiatives and education at a national level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities, plans, milestones, and execution requirements across three franchises.
• Support National Director in creation of portfolio above-brand nursing strategy and tactics to support education of disease and therapy management.
• Lead through influence to align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and balance priorities.
• Partner with Field Operations to ensure ONE has effective tools, processes, systems, reporting, and infrastructure.
• Represent the voice and needs of ONE in cross-functional planning and build compelling business cases for resources.
• Identify emerging field needs and mobilize resources to address them.
• Use field data and insights to inform priorities and translate insights into recommendations.
• Own complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation with clear accountability.
• Develop clear, compelling communications and executive presentations for alignment and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, analytics, and AI to improve ONE effectiveness and scalability.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure activities meet AbbVie standards.
