Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a National Portfolio Manager to partner with the Oncology Nurse Educator field team, translating portfolio strategies into actionable field execution across three hematology franchises. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities, plans, milestones, and execution requirements across three franchises.
• Support National Director in creation of portfolio above brand nursing strategy and tactics.
• Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority; navigate competing priorities with strong judgment and organizational savvy.
• Partner with Field Operations to ensure ONE has effective tools, processes, systems, reporting, training, and infrastructure to execute efficiently and compliantly.
• Represent the voice, needs, and value of the ONE organization in cross-functional planning; build compelling business cases for resources and support.
• Identify emerging field needs, barriers, and opportunities and rapidly mobilize resources and partners to address them.
• Use field data, customer insights, and performance trends to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation, managing priorities and timelines.
