Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare; oncology/hematology preferred.
• Strong clinical patient management experience and oncology knowledge.
• Translate strategy into field execution; use data to prioritize resources.
• Influence without authority; collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and a sense of urgency.

Responsabilités

• Translate oncology portfolio priorities into ONE field priorities, plans, milestones, and execution requirements.
• Support creation of portfolio nursing strategy and tactics for HCP/nurse education.
• Lead through influence to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure ONE has tools, processes, systems, and reporting for efficient operation and compliance.
• Advocate for ONE and build business cases for resources and support.
• Identify field needs and mobilize resources to address them.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and inform priorities.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation.
• Communicate clearly and develop executive presentations to keep partners informed.
