AbbVie is seeking a National Portfolio Manager to partner with the National Lead, Oncology Nurse Educator, in developing and executing portfolio nursing education strategy across three hematology franchises.

You will influence cross-functional teams, translate brand priorities into field priorities, and ensure tools, processes, and resources enable high performance in the ONE organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.
• Strong clinical patient management experience, oncology clinical acumen and understanding of hematology/oncology treatment, nursing practice, healthcare environments, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution; understand customer and account dynamics; use data and insights to prioritize resources and make sound business decisions.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.

• Support portfolio above-brand nursing strategy and tactics for HCP education.
• Lead through influence to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Optimize Field Operations with tools, processes, and training.
• Advocate for ONE and secure resources, capabilities and support.
• Identify field needs, barriers and opportunities and mobilize resources accordingly.
• Leverage field data and insights to inform priorities and recommendations.
• Own complex cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation.
