Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.
• Clinical & Industry Expertise: Oncology clinical acumen and understanding of hematology/oncology treatment.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Translate strategy into focused field execution using data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive Portfolio Education Strategy & Execution across three franchises.
• Support creation of portfolio above-brand nursing strategy and education for HCPs.
• Lead through influence, aligning cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Optimize Field Operations: ensure tools, processes, reporting, and infrastructure.
• Advocate for ONE: build business cases for resources and capabilities.
• Enable Field Performance: identify needs and mobilize resources.
• Leverage Insights & Analytics to inform priorities and recommendations.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives: manage cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation.
• Strengthen Communication & Engagement with in-field partners.
• Advance Innovation: apply AI and analytics to improve effectiveness.
