The role spans three hematology franchises and requires influencing without direct authority, while collaborating with Brand, Sales, Field Operations, Analytics, Medical, and other partners to maximize field performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare; oncology/hematology preferred.
• Leadership experience in field ops, sales, or strategy.
• Clinical oncology knowledge and healthcare environment experience.
• Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven judgment, agility, and enterprise mindset.
