Job summary

Middleby Packaging Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for MAP equipment across the United States. You will develop strategic customer relationships, manage key accounts, and lead the sales process from prospecting to project implementation.

The ideal candidate has a strong background selling capital equipment into food processing and packaging industries, with expertise in MAP technology and integrated packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of successful capital equipment sales in packaging, processing, or industrial automation.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve revenue objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with food processors and related industries.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure.
• Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership and plant management.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop customized packaging solutions.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
