Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute a best-in-class value proposition for Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.

The role acts as IOA’s national subject matter expert, partnering with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management strategies that drive client success.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combination thereof.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on management liability coverages and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions.
• Support client success and organizational growth through analytics, market intelligence, and thought leadership.
