Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial sales or related experience.
• Experience selling value and driving revenue growth in commercial sales.
• Previous experience in commercial OEM sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy targeted at commercial accounts, emphasizing revenue growth, customer retention, and value-based selling.
• Develop account plans leveraging PPG's products and services to impact customer success and profitability.
• Articulate and quantify the value of PPG's offerings to address customer needs and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Identify, pursue, negotiate, and secure new commercial accounts while expanding opportunities with existing clients.
