Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the National team based in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will lead design and project management of HVAC systems, coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, RFP/RFQ development, contract administration, site visits, and comprehensive closeout documentation while ensuring project schedules and invoices are maintained accurately.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience OR 10+ years in a combination of commercial/industrial design and project management.
• Experience with chilled water systems, boilers, domestic water, package, VAV and split systems, exhaust and makeup air.

Responsibilities

• Travel to projects across the US (including Hawaii) and Caribbean to perform project management services.
• Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and assemble project scope data and budgets; develop RFPs/RFQs and bid analyses.
• Coordinate project-specific engineering and develop scope of work for bids.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and closeout documentation; maintain project schedule and invoicing.
