Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a National Accounts Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of GPOs. You will lead contract negotiations, strengthen relationships, and drive profitable growth from a home-based setup reporting to the Director National Accounts.

The role requires 3 years of outside sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and travel up to 30%. Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.com is preferred, with national scope and sales leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of outside sales/merchant/buyer or equivalent experience.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with national group purchasing organizations and/or cooperatives.
• Strengthen GPO relationships through effective cross-functional projects and sales initiatives.
• Interact with distributor partners to execute programs with GPOs.
• Monitor agreements for opportunities and risks.
• Understand contract language to manage relationships and expectations.
• Leverage partnerships to identify targets for joint business development.
