Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a National Accounts Manager to lead and grow a significant portfolio of group purchasing organizations (GPOs). This home-based role reports to the Director National Accounts and focuses on creating profitable long-term growth through value-added strategies.

The NAM will negotiate contracts, strengthen GPO relationships, and drive cross-functional initiatives such as Joint Business Planning and Campaign Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of outside sales experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams/PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
• Valid US Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with national group purchasing organizations and/or cooperatives.
• Develop and implement contract negotiation strategy.
• Strengthen GPO relationships through cross-functional projects and sales initiatives.
• Interact with distributor partners to execute programs that drive profitable growth for GP.
• Continually monitor agreements for opportunities and risks.
• Leverage partnerships to identify and pursue targets for joint business development.
