Job summary

Eterneva is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to build and scale our funeral partner channel nationwide. You will own a portfolio of high-potential funeral home partners across the country—onboarding, training, and nurturing relationships while driving revenue from afar.

Expect to travel 60-70% as you expand partnerships, collaborate with leadership to refine playbooks, and engage families directly to guide them through the process. This remote role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of sales experience with revenue results in relationship-driven settings.
• Proven ability to build trust and win referrals.
• Excellent communication and follow-through with multiple priorities.
• Comfortable traveling 60-70% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Partner Development across funeral home partners.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training to partners.
• Onboard new partners and nurture relationships to drive revenue.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, log interactions, and forecast opportunities.
• Travel to partner locations and conduct regular location visits.
