The role is quota-driven with 60–100+ calls daily, remote from your home, requiring coaching and rigorous follow-up. You will handle contracts, payment plans, and state disclosures using HubSpot and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Funeral Director license and mortuary school certification.
• Experience guiding families through arrangement conversations and pre-need strategies is highly valued.
• Comfort working remotely with a structured sales process and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to families who reach out and manage pre-need, imminent-need, and at-need consultations with care.
• Educate families on soil transformation, timelines, costs, and comparison to burial/cremation using virtual tools.
• Run the sales process end to end: discovery, education, proposal, objection handling, close.
