• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new customers to meet needs.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold and warm calls.
• Lead negotiations with potential customers to secure new business.
• Multi-Tasking and Problem Solving while working alongside others.
• Prioritize Customer needs and requests, finding timely solutions.
• Work with and negotiate with partner carriers to secure truck capacity.
• Collaborate with others to grow their own book of business within the team.
• Coordinate with a Coordinator to assist the Operations side.
