Job summary

Rosenbauer America Group seeks a National Sales Manager to lead the North American sales team, drive revenue, and expand market share. You will guide Regional Sales Managers, shape national strategies, and oversee key customer relationships across North America.

The role requires extensive travel (50-75%) and a track record of building high-performing sales organizations within fire service or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience leading multi-regional teams and driving revenue.
• Experience in fire service, emergency vehicle, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the North American sales organization to drive growth and market share.
• Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead Regional Sales Managers and develop talent through coaching and mentoring.
• Direct national sales activities to meet order intake, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Establish disciplined forecasting processes and report business outlook to executives.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and dealer partners to expand opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to optimize performance.
