Job summary

Rosenbauer America Group seeks a Project Coordinator I to support Project Managers and the Post Sales Group through the production process of a fire apparatus. You will work with Engineering and Dealers to produce critical project documentation.

The role requires strong Excel skills, effective communication, and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning file preparation, change orders, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in business administration, engineering technology, or project management preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Project Managers, dealers, and Rosenbauer departments throughout the production of the fire apparatus.
• Creates documentation from interactions between Project Manager and customers/dealers, including first scrub review of contracted files.
• Relays concerns from production staff to the Project Manager.
• Converts Quote Writer files into Excel sheets for other departments.
• Checks issues and provides solutions per Quote Writer.
• Maintains communication with dealers via phone and email.
• Updates drawings when changes occur and prepares files for preconstruction processes.
• Works with QuoteWriter, locks files, and implements change orders.
• Performs other duties as required by management.
