Job summary

Rosenbauer is seeking a Stock Apparatus Sales Manager to create and execute stock apparatus sales plans, define standard specifications, and coordinate dealer training and cooperative purchasing programs. You will work with dealers, customers, and internal teams to expand sales and ensure contract terms are met.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in business or engineering, 3–5 years of pre-sales experience, and strong data analytics capabilities. Travel may be required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• 3-5 years of pre-sales experience is required.
• 5 years of management experience is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge in data analytics to better enable target sales.

Responsibilities

• Creates and develops stock apparatus sales plans and goals.
• Configures and develops stock order goals with dealers.
• Defines order configurations for standard apparatuses specification.
• Coordinates with marketing team to create marketing strategies for the stock apparatus.
• Coordinates and aligns 3rd parties and associated partner manufacturers.
• Creates and manages a dealer training program on selling stock fire apparatuses.
• Manages and coordinates apparatus purchases through consortium and cooperative purchasing programs. Ensuring consortium purchases comply with applicable contract terms, pricing structures, and purchasing requirements.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
