Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Final Mile Delivery to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of final mile transportation across our nationwide network of 103 distribution centers and 850 company-owned vehicles.

You will leverage routing technology, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Distribution Center Operations to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction for national accounts, regional chains, and independent tire dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA) or similar is preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale final mile operations in a private fleet.

Responsibilities

• Lead national final mile strategy across 103 distribution centers.
• Ensure routing, dispatch, and delivery standards are consistently executed.
• Partner with DC Operations to align transportation with warehouse operations.
• Develop governance to ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive fleet optimization and productivity across 850 vehicles.
• Implement routing technology and drive performance analytics.
