Job summary

TBC Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Carrier Performance to lead nationwide carrier performance across TL, LTL, parcel, and private fleet. You will own claims management, POD compliance, and performance dashboards, partnering with Distribution Centers, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance to optimize service, cost, and reliability.

The role requires advanced analytics, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of improving transportation efficiency in large-scale networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in transportation/logistics with carrier management.
• Experience developing carrier scorecards and executive dashboards.
• Proven analytics and KPI reporting across multi-site distribution.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead carrier performance programs across TL, LTL, parcel, and private fleet.
• Own end-to-end transportation claims management and POD compliance.
• Develop, monitor, and report carrier performance metrics and dashboards.
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with DCs, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance.
