Job summary

Allegro Home Delivery seeks a Manager, Final Mile Operations to lead delivery operations and warehouse activities across local markets and remote settings. The role blends hands-on field leadership with strategic process optimization and data-driven decision making.

The position requires guiding crews, partners, and drivers, while maintaining safety, performance metrics, and budget discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience supervising and managing people across both on-site and remote settings.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams across multiple locations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse employees, independent contractors, and drivers across local and remote markets.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, directing crews to ensure loads are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as on-time delivery, damage rate, and labor efficiency; prepare performance content for meetings.
• Enforce safety policies, DOT regulations, and company procedures across warehouse and delivery operations.
