Direct Impact Logistics is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our local Final Mile operations, driving performance, safety, and profitability. This hands-on role demands strong leadership, process discipline, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will oversee daily delivery operations, build high-performing teams, coordinate with clients and partners, and implement scalable improvements to support growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, logistics, transportation, or a comparable leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable operational results.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Decision-making under pressure and adaptability to changing demands.
• Proficiency in performance reporting and business software.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership with continuous improvement mindset.
