Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support Corporate Accounts nationwide. The role focuses on payer policies, reimbursement submissions, and education across local, regional, and national accounts.

You will partner with field teams, marketing, and PECS to address access barriers, drive compliant solutions, and strengthen relationships while maintaining high ethical standards. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider settings.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of corporate access and reimbursement processes and develop strategic plans.
• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for accounts.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and proactive account management.
• Build trusted relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
