• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data and account management skills to address access barriers.
• Address affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access education and problem-solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Stay informed on market dynamics, coverage, and coding requirements.
• Improve hub and specialty distribution knowledge for patient support.
• Collaborate with internal departments on education and insights.
