Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare or business/public administration.
• MBA/MPH preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in account management or reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Understand corporate access and reimbursement processes to develop strategic plans.
• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and engage accounts with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement support and problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage engagement logistics, routing, and business planning.
• Stay current on national/regional/local market dynamics including coverage and coding.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty channels to improve patient support.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical science, and PECS as SMEs on access/affordability.
