Johnson & Johnson is seeking a National Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, support, and issue resolution for patient access to Janssen therapies. The role balances on-site work with corporate accounts nationally and engages providers, staff, and payers to optimize access and affordability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy & bill, coding, and appeals.

Responsabilidades

• Understand corporate access and reimbursement processes to develop strategic plans.
• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access and reimbursement expert for accounts.
• Lead compliant access discussions and address urgent access issues.
• Build relationships with customers and manage account engagement logistics.
