Johnson & Johnson in the United States seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Innovative Medicine PECS team to support Corporate Accounts nationwide.

The role focuses on educating stakeholders about reimbursement, coding, and access, while collaborating with account teams to remove barriers and improve patient outcomes. This field-based role requires up to 50% travel and adherence to high ethical standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in the provider setting.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, billing, prior authorizations.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, PA, coding).
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Understand corporate access and reimbursement processes to develop strategic plans.
• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data and account management to address access barriers.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage account engagement logistics, routing, and business planning.
• Stay informed on national, regional, and local market dynamics and payer policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to educate on access and affordability.
