Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education and support for patient access in the Manchester, NH territory. You will work with healthcare providers to optimize reimbursement for Janssen therapies and navigate local payer environments.

Travel up to 75% is expected, with on-site engagement in hospitals and clinics, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and hub services to ensure timely patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or business/public administration preferred.
• Experience in reimbursement or revenue cycle in provider settings is needed.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate payer policies and education for HCPs.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead reimbursement discussions with field teams and address access barriers.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay current on payer policies, coverage, and market dynamics.
