Job summary

Mindful Support Services is a B2B support provider helping mental healthcare practitioners with administrative and operational services. The Facilities Project Coordinator role drives new therapy office launches nationwide, coordinating logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to expand the company’s footprint.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction, tenant improvements, or interior design and is comfortable with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction management, property management, facilities, or related field.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally for expansion projects (typically 3 days to 2 weeks at a time).
• Must reside within driving distance of one or more company office locations in the state in which they are based.

Responsibilities

• Help bring new therapy offices to life across the country by coordinating planning, logistics and launch.
• Coordinate with project managers, brokers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track from planning through opening day.
• Coordinate furniture, fixtures, equipment, décor, installations, and office setup to create welcoming spaces.
• Review project invoices and support the payment process with Accounting.
