Job summary

Mindful Support Services seeks a Facilities Project Coordinator to oversee bringing new therapy offices to life across the country. You will partner with project teams, vendors, contractors, and leadership to drive projects from concept to completion, coordinating logistics, procurement, budgets, and documentation.

This remote role requires up to 25% travel and residence within driving distance of a company office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction management, property management, facilities, or a related field.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally for expansion projects (typically 3 days to 2 weeks at a time).
• Must reside within driving distance of company office locations in the state in which they are based.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed; personal vehicle required with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Help bring new therapy offices to life by coordinating logistics from planning to launch.
• Coordinate furniture, fixtures, equipment, décor, installations, and office setup to create welcoming spaces.
• Manage vendor communications, obtain quotes, and ensure work is on time and within budget.
• Track project expenses and contribute to budgeting and reporting.
