Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance and operations in a geographically diverse, multi-site environment.
• 2+ years supervisory or vendor-management experience.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and third-party service providers.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace services, and facility operations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations across multiple office locations.
• Oversee building systems, mechanical services, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead vendor relationships for janitorial, security, landscaping, mailroom, copy center, and other workplace services.
• Manage renovations, office upgrades, furniture planning, and workspace setup projects.
• Develop and execute capital improvement plans and facility projects.
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Manage facilities budgets, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Drive space planning and workplace utilization strategies.
