Job summary

You will partner with the Client Facility Manager to ensure excellent service delivery, manage vendors, and optimize resource allocation while aligning with company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in building systems and facilities management, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in corporate, third‑party service or consulting.
• General knowledge of building mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Maintain client satisfaction with facility services and programs.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure contract, corporate and account compliance with vendors.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; plan corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee site inspections and coordinate with regional team.
