Job summary

Dae Sung, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to take charge of operations and maintenance for federal sites. The role requires leadership of the O&M team, oversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and ensuring contract compliance across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in large-scale facilities management, strong knowledge of BAS and CMMS, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in facilities or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years supervising building maintenance operations.
• Experience with large commercial facilities and multi-site oversight.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; CMMS and BAS.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O&M for all contract facilities; report to GM and VP of Facilities.
• Lead staff across multiple locations including trades and custodial teams.
• Develop PM plans and recommend predictive maintenance projects.
• Negotiate O&M contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Supervise procurement of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Ensure compliance using NCMMS and regular customer updates.
