Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior FM or related operational leadership.
• Experience leading large multi-site or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and technical services.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and reside within commutable distance to an airport.

We're partnered with a rapidly growing Facilities Management organization looking for a senior leader to oversee FM operations across their expanding K-12 portfolio of 30+ sites.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate strategically while staying close to the business. You'll lead a team of 10 direct reports, drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the continued growth of the division.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing strategic leadership across a large K-12 Facilities Management portfolio
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10 direct reports and broader operational teams
• Driving operational performance, safety, quality, and financial results
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Developing strategies that support growth, retention, and long-term client partnerships
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
• Supporting new business growth and expansion across the portfolio
• Developing succession plans and building a strong leadership pipeline
• Using data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and accountability
• Partnering with senior leadership to execute broader business strategies

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of senior Facilities Management or related operational leadership experience
• Proven experience leading large, multi-site or geographically dispersed operations
• Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and technical services
• MUST have experience managing multi-unit across multi-states.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and large-scale contracts
• Strong track record of driving growth, operational improvement, and client retention
• Lives within a commutable distance to an airport and can travel 50%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
