Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a senior Facilities Management leader to oversee FM operations across a growing K-12 portfolio of 30+ sites. You’ll guide a team of 10 direct reports, drive safety, quality, and financial results, and strengthen client relationships at the senior level.

The role requires proven experience managing multi-unit, multi-state operations, with preferred residency within commuting distance to an airport and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior Facilities Management or related operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-site or geographically dispersed operations.
• MUST have experience managing multi-unit across multi-states.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

We're partnered with a rapidly growing Facilities Management organization looking for a senior leader to oversee FM operations across their expanding K-12 portfolio of 30+ sites.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate strategically while staying close to the business. You'll lead a team of 10 direct reports, drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the continued growth of the division.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing strategic leadership across a large K-12 Facilities Management portfolio
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10 direct reports and broader operational teams
• Driving operational performance, safety, quality, and financial results
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Developing strategies that support growth, retention, and long-term client partnerships
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
• Supporting new business growth and expansion across the portfolio

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of senior Facilities Management or related operational leadership experience
• Proven experience leading large, multi-site or geographically dispersed operations
• Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and technical services
• MUST have experience managing multi-unit across multi-states.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and large-scale contracts
• Strong track record of driving growth, operational improvement, and client retention
• Lives within a commutable distance to an airport and can travel 50%.
