Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance with vendors across the continental US.
• Schedule and oversee repair work to ensure timely completion.
• Source and onboard new vendors while securing competitive pricing.
• Manage facility service requests via phone and email.
• Review, approve, and process invoices for repairs and maintenance.
• Address and manage state and city violation notices for compliance.
