Job summary

Laguna Rainbow Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform day-to-day routine maintenance and repairs ensuring the facility remains safe, comfortable, and compliant with policies. You will follow established procedures to record work requests, inspect equipment, assist in preventive maintenance, and support outside contractors on projects.

This role requires high school diploma, knowledge of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

Record all work/repair requests and maintain inventory as directed.
Assist in development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Inspect facilities and equipment for safety and upkeep; coordinate with outside contractors.
Maintain logs and reports; ensure access control and safety procedures are followed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow PPE requirements.
