iHeartMedia, Inc. is seeking a National Event Sponsorship Coordinator to support communication, fulfillment, reporting, and execution of national events across tentpole concerts and conferences.

You will join the National Entertainment + Events Team and work with sales, creative, and programming to ensure seamless sponsorship experiences. You’ll handle data entry, briefing documents, and on-site logistics, with travel to events locally in New York and beyond.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years of special events and/or travel & fulfillment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism; experience with executives a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, can handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Senior Vice President, Live Events and Entertainment, and the Senior Director of Sponsorship.
• Liaise across multiple departments (sales, creative, programming, etc.).
• Handle data entry, reporting, seating assignments, and experience allocations for multiple divisions across all events.
• Traffic creative and assist with the event system build-out & management.
• Create briefing documents for executives prior to events.
• Work closely with Client Success & Sales teams and communicate with top clients, sponsors, and VIPs.
• Work on-site at concerts and meetings at the iHeartRadio HQ and other NY venues.
• Travel to out-of-state events as needed.
