iHeartMedia, the leading audio company in America, is seeking a National Event Coordinator in New York. You will support planning through production, coordinating venues, vendors, and sponsor integrations to bring major national events to life.

You will work with internal teams and travel to out-of-state events, reporting to the Senior Vice President of National Events. Night and weekend hours are required in this fast-paced role.

Competenze

• 2+ years of event coordination/planning experience; hospitality & design focus a bonus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to be flexible with changes.

Mansioni

• Coordinate planning and onsite execution of national and international events (Tentpoles, B2B, Podcast, Custom, Corporate).
• Assist with venue and vendor coordination in advance and on-site.
• Research and present venues at potential locations (restaurants, lounges, hotels).
• Assist with event design concepts and hospitality integrations.
• Oversee marketing vendor systems for branded items.
• Partner with internal sales teams to execute sponsor integrations.
• Coordinate design, quantities, and allocation of event credentials.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, creative, video, press on coordination.
• Support SVP with calendar and expenses.
• Work on-site at NYC events and travel to out-of-state events.
• Report to Senior Vice President of National Events.
