Job summary

iHeartMedia, Inc. is seeking a National Event Sponsorship Coordinator to support national events, tentpole concerts, conferences, and meetings. You will liaise with sales, creative, programming and other teams, manage data, seating, and experiences, and create briefing documents for executives.

The role involves on-site work at the iHeartRadio HQ and other NY venues, with travel to out-of-state events as needed. A background in events and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of special events and/or travel & fulfillment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism; experience with executives a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Sponsorship.
• Coordinate across sales, creative, programming and other departments.
• Enter data, manage seating, and allocate experiences for events.
• Assist with briefing documents for executives before events.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Sales teams and communicate with top clients.
• Work on-site at concerts and meetings in NY; travel to out-of-state events as needed.
