iHeartMedia in New York, NY is seeking a National Event Coordinator to help bring major national events to life, supporting planning through production and execution. You will coordinate venues, vendors, and hospitality concepts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in event coordination, strong written and verbal communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Travel to events, including out-of-state, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event coordination/planning experience; hospitality & design focus a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Night and weekend availability a must.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the planning and onsite execution of national and international events (Tentpoles, B2B, Podcast, Custom, and Corporate).
• Assist with venue and vendor coordination and communications, in advance and on-site.
• Research and present event venues at potential and confirmed locations (restaurants, lounges, night clubs, hotels).
• Assist with event design concepts and hospitality integrations.
• Oversee systems with marketing vendors for branded event items.
• Partner with internal sales teams to execute sponsor integrations at events.
• Coordinate design, quantities, and allocation of event credentials for all events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, creative, video, and press on multiple coordination areas.
• Support SVP with calendar support and expenses; on-site work at NYC events and travel out-of-state.
