Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a district operations leader to drive store performance across assigned markets. You will oversee district visits, coach store teams, and ensure adherence to company standards, safety policies, and loss-prevention initiatives.

You will recruit, train, and develop store leaders, leverage data to spot trends, manage payroll within budget, and partner with HR to build a strong, customer-focused team across multiple locations. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
• 5 or more years of retail management or operations experience
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Travel required

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all phases of district operations and standard compliance.
• Lead district visits focusing on people, service, and shrink reduction.
• Recruit, train and develop store management teams.
• Use data to understand trends and drive sales and profit goals.
• Ensure safety and adherence to regulations across locations.
