Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• 5 or more years of retail management or operations experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all phases of district operations and visits to ensure company standards are met.
• Lead store management teams, recruit and develop talent, and manage performance and succession planning.
• Monitor expenditures, payroll hours, and budgeting to align with business goals.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and shrink reduction across assigned locations.
• Ensure proper merchandising presentation and inventory control in alignment with company policies.
