Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• 5+ years of retail management or operations experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required; travel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop store management teams.
• Ensure consistent performance management practices and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with Ross HR policies and safety guidelines.
• Handle employee relations issues with HR collaboration.
• Manage district expenses and payroll hours within budget.
• Drive shrink reduction initiatives and loss prevention.
• Ensure proper merchandising presentation and inventory control.
• Lead district to meet sales and profit goals.
