You will drive distributor sales growth, manage performance, and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence across hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial markets. Remote role with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales, channel management, or business development in industrial markets.
• Proven ability to grow sales through existing partners and new distributors.
• Experience selling technical products via independent distributors.
• Background in hydraulic components, fluid power, or related products.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, nationwide position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a two- to three-year national distribution strategy.
• Evaluate distributor network and identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit qualified new distribution partners across the United States.
• Establish distributor selection criteria and ongoing evaluation.
• Drive revenue growth with distributors through joint plans and reviews.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
