Saint Cyr Partners seeks an experienced National Distribution Manager to lead the development and expansion of the U.S. distributor network. This newly created role will define a nationwide distribution strategy and strengthen partnerships across hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial equipment markets.

The ideal candidate will recruit and develop new distributors, set performance KPIs, travel nationwide, and collaborate with leadership to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, channel management, or business development in industrial markets.
• Experience selling through independent distributors.
• Background in hydraulic components or related products.
• Proven ability to grow sales with partners.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Remote, national-focused role with travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a two- to three-year national distribution growth strategy.
• Evaluate distributor network, performance, coverage, and growth potential.
• Identify underserved markets and recruit new distributors.
• Establish distributor selection criteria and evaluation processes.
• Develop relationships with regional and national distributors serving hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial markets.
• Drive revenue growth through existing distribution partners and joint business plans.
• Conduct distributor visits, reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to expand product penetration within distributor accounts.
• Provide product training, sales support, and market development assistance.
• Collaborate with U.S. leadership and international counterparts on growth initiatives.
• Establish KPIs for distributor performance and report to leadership.
• Develop sales forecasts and contribute to business planning.
