Job summary

You will build a high-performance national sales organization, manage a team of Regional Business Directors and Corporate Account Managers, and collaborate with marketing, market access, and compliance to drive revenue while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
• 10+ years account management with contracting and contract performance metrics.
• Experience with biologics/biosimilars and product launches; buy and bill experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Credentialing requirements for healthcare institutions (background checks, immunizations).

Responsibilities

• Lead national business strategy to meet corporate goals and KPIs.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to hit targets and expand market presence.
• Mentor and manage Regional Business Directors and Corporate Account Managers.
• Monitor sales trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliant, ethical activities and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with GPO, infusion centers, and market access teams for contracts.
